Day 1: St. Vincent to Bequia
The distance between those beautiful islands is about 15 nautical miles. Port Elizabeth and the Admiral’s Bay welcomes you with nice shops and Restaurants. Explore the unique Island flair by maundering around the town as well as taking a tour upon the Mount Pleasant which offers you an astonishing view over the surrounding Islands. Bequia is well known for his colony of artists, so small galleries are worth a visit as well.
Day 2: Bequia to Mustique
Mustique is approximately 8 miles away from Bequia. The island with about 100 villas, many of them owned by stars and other famous people, offers a handful of luxury shops and restaurants. Take your time to enjoy a drink at the legendary Firefly restaurant with an unforgettable view at sunset – or relax at Basil’s Bar, one of the most famous locations on the island.
Day 3: Mustique to the Tobago Cays
This paradise for water-lovers with aquamarine blue water as far as your eyes can see is definitely worth stopping by. It is 15 miles away from Mustique and the best way to enjoy the water is to swim and snorkel with the sea turtles in the coral reefs. You should not miss the sunset at the beach with a barbecue of fresh caught lobster and baked potatoes.
Day 4: Tobago Cays to Mayreau
This island is only two miles away from the Tobago Cays. Mayreau is the smallest inhabitted island on the Grenadines and its neat, old village is only accessible by boat. The Saltwhistle Bay is a great place to stay at with the white sand, and since it is a well-protected natural harbour it is easy to swim while staying at anchor.
Day 5: Mayreau to Petit St. Vincent
With a distance of 6 miles, Petit St. Vincent is easy to reach. It has a hiking trail which shows you all the beauty of the tropical paradise with its rubber trees, local orchids and the smell of the fresh air. After the walk refresh yourself by snorkelling from your swim platform into the blue ocean.
Day 6: Petit St. Vincent to Carriacou
It takes 12 miles to reach this neat place, which offers even more white sand. Due to the small amount of hotels it is very quiet which makes it possible to enjoy the surrounding blissfully noises of nature. Snorkelers and scuba divers will find a lot of interesting sites here while swimmers can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The dinner in the sunset is accompanied by the relaxing sounds of the harbour tides.
Day 7: Carriacou to Grenada
The distance to Grenada is 40 – after arrival around noon there is a lot to explore. For instance Grenada has a lot of neat shops and good restaurants and also a plantation to visit. A highlight is definitely a hike through the Grand Etang Rainforest for a refreshment in the cool water of the St. Margerets Falls. And you will smell the spices Grenada is famous for: nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and much more – and of course you can buy them on the local markets.
Day 8: Grenada
The transfer from St. Georges Harbor to Grenada’s airport is fairly easy. If you have a little time before departure take some time for relaxing the sun on your charter yacht or to go shopping for some souvenirs. In addition to spices local rum and also wood carvings are a good memory of an unforgettable trip.
